Caroline Kent

In Park City, Utah, I am a licensed real estate sales professional affiliated with b2 and company real estate, a boutique, female-owned brokerage with deep roots in the local market and a focus on mountain lifestyle property. I work selectively with buyers, sellers, and owners—typically through referral—bringing a perspective shaped by years of real-world project experience.

I am also a real estate principal and developer with over 20 years of experience across acquisitions, development, construction, and complex transactions. A New York–admitted attorney by training, I spent much of my career in New York with privately owned development companies.  

Before making Park City, Utah my full-time home, I lived and worked between New York City, East Hampton, and Los Angeles (Manhattan Beach and Malibu).  My professional background gives me a personal understanding of the considerations involved in evaluating second-home and relocation markets from afar.
